Our Referral Process
1. Free 10-Minute Will Review
We start with a brief consultation to discuss your client's needs and recommend the right protection (Wills, LPAs or Trusts). We offer significant savings on packages.
2. Payment & Preparation Call
If the client wishes to proceed, we take payment then conduct a full 30-minute Document Preparation Call. Once completed, documents are typically dispatched within a few days.
3. Following Up
Clients often need time to discuss things with family. We have follow-up mechanisms in place for this & for "parked" cases - we will keep you informed.
How You Can Help:
To ensure we connect, please ask your client to save our number (0117 746 7550) during your appointment. We aim to call them within 1–2 days; letting them know to expect us helps overcome call screening.
