What do I need?

A Will defines what should happen when you pass away. It typically includes who inherits your assets and can also include provision for guardianship of children and funeral wishes. In addition many people now take out a Lasting Power of Attorney which states who can make decisions on financial and/or health matters if you were to lose capacity to make those decisions for yourself.
